On 28 October 2025, the company 1X launched pre-sales of the NEO home humanoid for 20,000 USD or a subscription of 499 USD per month, with deliveries to homes in the USA from 2026. It was one of the first offers of a humanoid directly to consumers; more complex tasks are initially controlled by a remote operator. [1][2]
